The Barons Den
Feel like one of the great Timber Barons of old by staying in this richly colored Victorian themed room! Inspired by the men who largely shaped Bayfield into what it is today we set out to create a room that will have you going back in time and feeling like a Baron! With a breathtaking view of Pikes valley, Pikes Bay, and Lake Superior you can literally see the landscape that inspired Elisha Pike (Bayfield's first Timber producer) to build his Little Daisy Saw mill in 1855.

The Sugarbush Room
Keep cool in the summer and inspired in the winter with our Ski Themed room! The Inn is located on a piece of land that's called the "Sugarbush" because the Native Americans used to tap the trees for Maple syrup. In the 1920s this land was bought by the Nourse family who had a large maple syrup operation. Today the majority of the Sugarbush is used by Mt.Ashwabay's who maintain beautiful cross country skiing and mountain biking trails. Sleep well in the luxurious king bed and enjoy waking up to amazing sun rises over Lake Superior!

Lullabye's Landing
Lullabye's Landing is your perfect, calm, and luxurious northwoods escape with beautiful Lake Superior views. It's named after The Lullabye Lumber Company which was located on Outer Island in the 1940's and 50's. We hope you enjoy the woodsy feel. Plus with a name like Lullabye we can only expect that you'll sleep like a baby!

The Fishermen's Wharf
Our Fishermen's Wharf room was inspired by our family history in the commercial fishing industry dating back to the late 1800s and of course by the amazing view of Lake Superior which the room overlooks! Let the peaceful cool lake colors and beautiful boat pictures by Austin Miller Studios lull you to sleep each night you stay in this room.

OTHER AMENITIES
As a guest at the Timber Baron Inn you also get full access to our Great Room, fire pit, and pastries and coffee in the morning! The Great Room is where we serve the pastries but it's also a great place to read a book, sit by the fire, play games, drink coffee and tea, or meet some new friends! The fire pit overlooks Pikes Valley and Lake Superior. There's nothing better on a gorgeous summer evening then relaxing by a campfire! Pastries are served every morning from 8:00-9:30.
