Nuts & Bolts

Our newly built Inn is open for business! It's been an amazing journey getting here. Check out the progress we made. The first picture dates back to July of 2016 and progresses to Fall 2017. Amazing what a year can do!

This scene inspired us to make the Timber Baron Inn a reality.

Wausau Homes erected the building. One crane and four truck loads of puzzle piece construction.

My dad and I stripped the top soil and began running fill sand to prep the site for construction.

Five days after Wausau Homes arrived, the shell was fully completed. A big shout out to Tom and Ron for their awesome work!

Site prep included 40 yards of fill sand, drain tile, 12 inch concrete footings, 4 foot concrete walls, in-floor heating coils, foam insulation and all utilities.

The front of The Timber Baron Inn just after it was constructed. JLC Construction is completing the finish work and everything is looking fantastic. We look forward to seeing Jeremy Cadotte bring our vision to life.

The studs of room #1. A blank slate waiting for greatness!

Our Sugar bush room. Final coats of paint, wood look tile, king size bed, sturdy furniture and a feel of Maple trees and ski trails!

Room #1 plastered. It's finally starting to come together!

Lullabye's Landing King bed, rustic furniture, amazing view and a name the ensures sweet dreams.

The current state of the Inn and room #1. Walls are getting painted, flooring is getting laid, and trim is going on. It's exciting to see the finishing touches!

White cedar siding, terraced landscaping with rock wall and patio to come. This is the bold look of your Inn as you come up the driveway!!

Welcome to the Timber Baron Inn! This is our entrance to the Inn. Eldorado stone done by Meierotto Masonry, White Pine timbers cut and processed by my dad and I and textured concrete to complete Cabin up north feel.

Finally our dream is realized! With a coat of river wood stain from sherwin-williams and the help of a lift we completed the Timber Baron. Come all and enjoy!!
